I came across this Valentino-Garavani handbag today, and I thought it was very interesting; but first, I will give you all the specific design details and then my opinion.
This Valentino bag is made of leather that is gathered and pleated in a "V-type" pattern with double, black leather handles that measure 16.8 inches. I always find the Valentino bags to be very interesting, and I love the size and shape of this particular bag, but I'm having a little trouble with the pleats. They are very attractive, but I think that since the pleats fold upward, it would be very hard to keep this bag clean as dust and such can easily deposit within the pleats requiring careful and constant attention. Now, if the pleats were in a downward fold, I wouldn't worry about this so much. (more...)
